Production:

1. CAD drawing
CAD drawing will be sent for confirmation before production.
2. Scale 1 of 1 CAD drawing for production
Production will proceed based on scale 1 of 1 printed drawing.
3. Forging and Bending
All our products are hand forged and bent by practised blacksmith.
4. Welding & Fabrication
All wrought iron products are made with full welding fabrication to make sure they are strong enough.
5. Anti-Rust Treatment
The Anti-rust treatment will be Hot-dip galvanizing, primer painting and powder coating.
6. Smooth touch
Smooth touch surface treatment makes wrought iron items more attractive and improves the taste of the whole house. Perfect details show the superior quality of our wrought iron pieces.
Quality Control:
We pay much attention on production and keep following up in every step, no matter design, material, fabrication, hot dip galvanizing, powder coating or hand painting, all are under control to guarantee high quality. Packing:
1. Standard packing: Bubble wrap and then PE foam with iron pallet.
2. Customized packing is acceptable.
Delivery:
Goods will be delivered shipped by sea from Xiamen port within agreed delivery time against deposit payment.
I have my own design, can you make it by my design?
Yes, custom designs are acceptable. Just send us the design drawing or picture, we will make it accordingly. And before production, will send you CAD drawing for approval.
What is your payment term?
For orders amount USD3000 or below, full payment is requested. Orders above USD3000, payment will be 50% in advance and balance before shipment.
I am far away from you, how can i insure the quality?
We will send you photos of each production step to follow up, or you can come inspect on site, products will be shipped only against your confirmation. So do not worry about the quality.
