Our company can provide round bar processing service,cutting to length as needs,machining to threaded rod etc,we can do any processing service according to customers' requirments.
Steel Rod Threaded Rod Process
First:
doing heat treatment Q+T for hot rolled round bars to make sure the rods to reach the hardness as required.
Second:
doing UT to test the rods after heat treatment.
Third: making turning for the rods by machining.
Forth: making thread on the bright smooth rods.
Fifth: making the nuts match the thread rods.

Steel pipe normally packaged in bundles with straps, stock and ship by bundles. Mill standard package:oiled and wrapped in pvc cloth.
Anti-rust package is necessary for customers who don't accept rust material.With putting 2 tags per bundle and customer's name with size on pvc cloth,you will find your material easily on port. |
