※ Production time would be about
30 working days after deposit paid and shop drawing confirmed.
Accurate time will depend on final quantity and if peak season or not.
05, Inspection
※After we finished the fabrication work, will do the trail assembled work then will
inspect the closet dimension and take the video for you confirm with the inspection documents
.
06, Packing
※Packing way depends on whether goods will be shipped in FCL way (full container loading) or LCL way (less than container loading) -
Normally will use the Carton + Pallet Package For Disassembled Closet
.
07, Shipping & Clearance
※If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.
※If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.
※If you have other products buying from China, you can send to our factory to load together.
※If you do not have cooperated shipping forwarder, we can do CIF terms and arrange shipping for you, and you just need to find a local broker for customs clearance and deliver goods from destination port to your project site.
※If you have your own forwarder in China, we can do EXW terms to load the goods in container at our factory.

09 & 10, Installation & After-sales
※ We will submit the Installation Guide to you based on your Closet completely and will follow all of your questions during your installation work until you finished it and we received the feedback photos from you.

CLIENT: CAN CUSTOMERS ORDER DIFFERENT COLORS AND MODEL IN ONE ORDER?
GRT: Of course you are, and there is no MOQ for our Cabinetry Items, and the size can be customized.
CLIENT : WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR SAMPLES?
GRT: We are able to provide the Small Size Door Panel Sample with the Hardware Samples to you check, and you just needs to pay the Express Cost. For full size sample, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order.
CLIENT: WHAT'S YOUR TRADE TERMS AND PAYMENT TERM?
GRT: Our trade term is EXW, FOB, CFR & CIF. You can choose the best one from your side. On the matter of payment term, normally we have to received 50% deposit by T/T for the fabrication work and the balance paid
before loading.
CLIENT: CAN YOU MAKE THE CLOSET AS PER OUR REQUIREMENT OR DRAWING?
GRT: Yes, we can. As all of our products are customized as per client's requirement completely. Once we received your drawing we'll check it carefully and back to you with the Initial Quotation.
CLIENT: HOW ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY?
GRT: Warranty is 5 years for the Closet.
CLIENT: CAN YOU HELP US TO SOURCE OTHER SUPPLIER'S PRODUCTS?
GRT: Sure, we'd like to source other items for you with 3-5% commission. We can help you to do factory audit, goods inspection and loading work as well.
CLIENT: CAN WE USE OUR OWN SHIPPING AGENT?
GRT: Of couse you can, we had cooperated with many forwarders, if you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.
CLIENT: HOW LONG CAN I GET SAMPLES?
GRT : 10-25 Days to send sample via DHL, UPS, Fedex or other international express.
