These trees are hand selected by our expert craftsmen to ensure the exceptional quality of our wooden wrist watches. It takes up to 3days to produce each unique handcrafted watch. After the wood goes through the drying process for about half a year, it is ready to be crafted to perfection.

2.Why you charge for customized sample?
Dear customer, every customized watch will cost the material labor. So we charge for sample normally and request payment first .

3.When will you receive the products?
It depends on what shipping methods you choose.
Our first option is DHL, it's the most saftest and fastest shipping method, but the freight is paid by buyers. You can receive goods within 3- 7days.
If you want free shipping, there are several options !
Singapore Post :30~60 days to every country.
E-Packet:15-35 days, only apply to the United States, Canada, Australia,Russia.

4.What is your lead time?
For our existing stock goods, we will ship goods within 2 working days after payment.
For your customized goods, it usually can be finished in 7days.

5.What is your MOQ?
MOQ is from 1 piece, but when you buy 50+pcs, you will get wholesale price.
