Metal baler, briquetting machine:
The waste steel bar, block iron sheet or powdered cast iron scraps, steel scraps, copper scraps, aluminum scraps, mineral powder, etc. are directly cold-pressed into blocks for storage, transportation and recycling. After being pressed into a block, it is put into the furnace for recycling and the use loss is low. The entire production process does not require heating, additives or other processes, and is directly cold-pressed to form, while the original material remains unchanged. For example, cast iron chips are used instead of cast iron after being formed.

Application:
The Metal Baler is used to compress scrap metal ( steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carton, plastic etc)into metal block or metal bale. The purpose is to save the transportation cost or reduce the raw material loss when smelting.

Application of metal briquetting machine:
1. All models are hydraulically driven, and manual operation or PLC automatic control can be selected.
2. The way of package delivery includes turning the package, pushing the package sideways, pushing the package forward, and taking the package manually.
3. A variety of models are available: different pressure, material box size, block size and shape.
4. Where there is no power supply, a diesel engine can be used as power.
