Q1:Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, we accept small orders or trial orders.
Q2:What is your minimum order requirement?
A: The minimum order required for all our pin styles is 1 products. please contact us for details.
Q3:Can you do design for my ideas or drawing?
A: Yes, we have experienced designers. Please send the detailed requirements directly.
Q4:How should I supply my own artwork to you?
A: Most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also except.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size)
Q5:Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your approval of the artwork.
Q6:How long can you ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver to you in 1-3 days. Regular lead time for mass production is 5-14 days depending on order quantity. We keep some stock for standard item but the stock qty is always floating. Please feel free to contact us to get more update info.
Q7:What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
A:Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. It will be processed as a new order.
Q8:Free sample statement
A:We mainly product OEM goods,will send same sample as this product if have.Or will send randomly similar size,process samples for reference only.
Q9:How about the after-sales service?
A:We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any problem with quality, we'd like to provide a replacement in the next order.
