Frame for Greenhouse structure
1. The galvanzied steel pipe is in line with the international standard,it has strong structure,wind resistance,snow resistance,anti-stress;
2. The galvanized pipe is a galvanized pipe made by spirally bending the steel strip or coiled sheet, and welding the inner and outer seams by double-sided submerged arc automatic welding
3. Galvanzied steel pipe has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The base of the galvanized pipe and the molten plating solution undergo complex physical and chemical reactions to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel pipe substrate. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong.
4. As long as the forming angle is changed, steel pipes of various calibers can be produced with the same width of strip steel,which is easy to adjust the shape.
5. Because it is formed by continuous bending, the fixed length of the spiral tube is not limited, and the length can be arbitrarily set.
6. The spiral shape of the weld is evenly distributed over the entire circumference of the spiral tube, so the spiral tube has high dimensional accuracy and strong strength.
7. Easy to change the size, suitable for the production of small batches and multiple varieties of spiral tubes. The weld seam of galvanized pipe is longer than that of straight seam pipe of the same specification. Under the same thickness, the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe bears the greatest pressure.
