Product Description

Accumulator
Eggs from egg shed enter into accumulator, which will direct 6 lines of eggs and transport them to the single conveyor nicely with no cracking.
Candling
Candler with 6-row LED lights is installed under theaccumulator to help workers to check whether there is any damage of eggs.
Forexample eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.
Printing (optional)
Eggs will be printed by the cartridge printer, the position where code is printed is in the bigger head of the eggs (between the
bigger head and the smaller head).

Automatic packing
Empty trays must be manually placed in the egg tray stocker, allowing the stocker to send the empty trays to where the eggs will
