6. What is your minimum custom order quantity?
In order to support our new customer development growth, our minimum order for custom product support is 200 pieces, and of course the price is a little higher. As with anything ordered in bulk, the more you order, the lower the price per piece.

7. How long is your production time?
Broken down, it takes about 7 to 15 days to create and approve your prototype, about 25 to 45 days to mass produce your prototype, and about 30 to 40 days to ship the bulk order to your address (by sea).

8. Where are your toys manufactured?
Our factory is located in Guangdong, China, we have our own production workshop, over 6000 square meters factory, one stop service from sample to shipment, we will strictly control every step for your mass production.

9. Can you take care of all the shipping logistics?
Yes. We are very experienced in shipping and have cooperated with several freight forwarders for many years, they will assist us to deliver the goods to your address by sea, air and express, and because we have cooperated for many years, we can offer better shipping prices for our customers.
