Product Description
The vacuum drying oven is a box type drying equipment that dries dry materials under negative pressure. Its working principle is to use the vacuum pump to extract air and humidity, so as to form a vacuum state in the working room, reduce the boiling point of water and speed up the drying speed.
The vacuum oven can obtain a higher drying rate at a lower temperature and make full use of heat. It is mainly suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials, materials containing compatibilizers and materials requiring recovery of solvents. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying. No sundries shall be mixed in the drying process. This dryer belongs to a static vacuum dryer, so the formation of dry materials will not be damaged. Heating methods include: steam, hot water, heat transfer oil and electric heating.

Application Scopes

The FZG / YZG vacuum drying oven is a most often used static chamber dryer under vacuum condition. Inside the drying chamber,trays loaded with wet material are placed on top of each other in a drying shelf.
In drying pocess, heat medium, such as steam, hot water or thermal oil, is connected to the drying shelf which transfers heat to wet material. Under vacuum condition, boiling point of moisture is much lower. So the moisture can be evaporated under low temperature. The vacuum pump constantly sucks out the evaporated moisture to speed the drying process. Vacuum pump, tubular condenser and buffer tank are equipped to recover the evaporated moisture.
