Type
SINOHESIVE® FE3806 is a kind of polymer prepolymer with a solid content of 100%. It is in the solid state at room temperature and can be melted by heating. Its melt can be applied on the surface of the fabric substrate by various sizing methods such as spot applying, screen printing, roller coating or spray coating. It can be laminated with another fabric substrate by roller pressing to obtain a high strength initial adhesion immediately; in case of the presence of moisture in the air, it can quickly generate chemical reaction with the surface of the substrate, thus forming a flexible thermosetting material after curing.
Application
It can be widely used to laminating all kinds of fabrics in textile industry, such as:

- automotive interior textiles
- medical textiles,
- home textiles and shoe materials textiles.
Main Feature
SINOHESIVE® FE3806 is suitable for the laminating of a variety of materials. Its main characteristics are as follows:
- Good initial adhesion: with good operation, high production efficiency.
- Good elasticity and soft feel.
- Applicable to laminating a wide material: can be applied to most of the cloth, foam, film and non-woven fabric.
