Descriptions:
XRY-1A type oxygen bomb calorimeter is based on the national standard GB/T 213-2008 "Method for measuring calorific value of coal", GB/T 384-1988 "Measurement method for calorific value of petroleum products". The Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter are applicable to the determination of non-aqueous petroleum products (gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and fuel oil, etc.) and flammable substances such as coal, coke and paraffin. The determination of calorific value is a high-end instrument that is automatic, efficient, safe, with high test accuracy, fast test speed and convenient use.
Main technical characteristics:
1. This instrument adopts single-chip control technology, color LCD display, high-precision temperature sensor and
high-performance A/D conversion device, which constitutes intelligent instrument with high automation degree, good visual effect, convenient use and convenient data arrangement.
2. The test process of the instrument is completely automated. After the sample is placed, various correct parameters are input, and each test process is automatically completed without manual intervention. After the test is finished, the measurement data can be directly printed.
3. This instrument adopts self-sealing oxygen bomb. All the structures are made of stainless steel, and the strength is enough to withstand the water pressure test of 20MPa under room temperature conditions.
4. The inner water tube of the instrument is made of stainless steel thin plate, the cross section is pear row, the water volume of the water cylinder is 3000 grams, and the electric mixer is arranged inside the water cylinder to ensure the temperature of the water bath of the inner water cylinder is even.
5. The outer water jacket of the instrument is a double-layer container. The experiment is filled with water. The water
temperature in the cylinder is evenly distributed through the water jacket agitator, to form a constant temperature environment that meets the test requirements.
