Mass production service process
1. Planning
Video conference/teleconference to communicate battery production plan.
2. Plan verification
Email to confirm the details of the plan, battery production quantity, production requirements, delivery time, transportation terms and other information.
3. Procurement of raw materials
After the customer pays the advance payment, the JRE procurement department determines the type, specifications and quantity of raw materials required according to the production plan, negotiates with the supplier and purchases.
4. Production preparation
The JRE account manager makes production schedule and quality inspection specifications based on different product customization requirements, and submits them to the JRE production supervisor and JRE quality inspection engineer.
5. Battery production
The JRE production supervisor shall formulate production instructions according to the requirements of the JRE account manager, and the workers shall carry out production according to the production instructions to ensure that the products meet the quality requirements.
6. Quality control
During the product production process, JRE production line quality inspection engineers supervise the product production process according to the quality inspection specifications and production instructions, and check whether each product detail meets the quality inspection requirements.
7. Progress tracking
The JRE account manager tracks the battery production progress and reports it to the customer.
8. Warehousing of finished products
Warehousing management of qualified products, including identification, storage and other operations, to ensure that products are not damaged or contaminated.
9. Packaging and marking
Packaging the finished product, and according to the requirements of identification, labeling, numbering, etc., to facilitate sales and logistics.
10. Product delivery
After comprehensive inspection of finished products, factory delivery and delivery are arranged according to the transaction requirements agreed on in the order.
11. After-sales service
Provide after-sales service according to the situation, including solving customer problems, tracking product use, etc.
