Description:
The 35mm direct connect valve core with patent can save part of the faucet shell compared with the ordinary valve core. The cold water pipe and the hot water pipe are directly connected to the cartridge. And the built-in thread is stable, they won’t be easily deformed and detached.
After this valve cartridge is installed in the faucet housing, the side which connected with water pipe is suspended, only one side is stressed, that means the entire spool is subjected to uneven pressure. However, stainless steel piece at the bottom is designed to enhance the pressure resistance of the valve core and better protect the cartridge. Reduces the risk of damage to the spool due to uneven force.

Water flow can reach 17.2L / min under 3 bar dynamic pressure. The water flow is soft, suitable for a wide range of scenarios, home, shopping malls, companies, has same function as a normal 35mm mixing water spool, passed ACS, CE certifications.
If you use direct-connect ceramic cartridge distributor structure with common full-thread design, the hose can only be fitted with one sealing ring. But when you changed to adopt combined faucet cartridge which unique combine thread and smooth surface, the hose can be fitted with two sealing rings. More tightly sealed, less prone to water leakage, and the hose and valve core are not easily separated.
