A2: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 5-7 weeks, it depends on order quantity.

Do you have any MOQ limit?
A3: For samples checking, 1-10pcs is available. For mass production, we don't have high MOQ limitation. But if need to customs battery size, it will be different.
Q4: How you promised the battery quality?
A4: We are UL Audit company, as well we own IEC62133, UN38.3, MSDS, CB qualified certificates, each battery production strictly followed the lab standard.

How do you ship the batteries and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: In generally, we ship battery special shipping line, it will cost 15 days or so, which included import duty service, door to door service. If your order is urgent, we could ship DHL, Fedex, UPS accordingly, it cost 5-7 days.
