A: The following 8 steps

3. PI--we will give the PI to you after samples confirmed.
4. Deposit--you will pay us 30% deposit to produce goods.
5. Production arranged--we will arrange the production.
6. Remaining payment--after you finish inspection, you will pay for it .
7. Shipping--we will ship the goods to you.
8. Confirm Receipt I. After sales service.
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.
Q: Can I buy samples placing orders?
A: Yes.Please feel free to contact us.
Q: Can new customers get free samples?
A: Dear friend, according to business rules, samples are charged. When the price of your order is above $3000, the sample fee will be refunded. So you also get free samples!
Q: What is your lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.
