Product Description

SCK-OTF-1200X-S-VT-BMGH is a compact and economic 1200ºC Maximum Bridgman crystal growth furnace with 2" quartz tube and precision hanged wire travel mechanism, which is designed for growing small size crystal under control atmosphere or sealed quartz crucible at low cost.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Vertical Two Zone Tube Furnace


Compact two zones split vertical tube furnace.

Working Voltage: 110V AC or 220V selectable

Max. Power Consumption: 1.5 KW

Two Heating Zone:  100 mm L for each Zone  , 200 mm L in total

Max. heating temperature: 1200°C

Continuous working temperature: 1100°C

Two programmable digital temperature controllers which control two heating zone independently.

Max. Temperature gradient:   1ºC/Cm


Hanging wire


Three sets of Ni-SShanging wire are included

Max. working temperature is 800C.

Optional hanging wire for higher working temperature is available upon request:

Ni-Cr-Al wire ( not included )   Max. working temperature < 1100°C

Platinium wire ( not included )  Max.working temperature >1200°C ,<1600°C

Thin hanging wire goes through the top flange.  Positive inert gas can keep processing tube under controlled atmosphere.

For air sensitive material,  sample shall be sealed in a small quartz tube with pre-vacuumed as Pic below right

6"L x 4"W Touch Screen Unit is built in controlling DC motor rotating and wire traveling speed

Wire descending speed  is programmable within 3 segments.

Descending speed range :  1-500 um/sec adjustable  with accuracy of +/- 0.05%

Lower speed range is available upon request at extra cost

Total stoke length: 450mm

High-quality DC motor is installed for rotating hanging wire for at extra cost and pulling up
