1. How long will order be shipped if arranged payment.
We have enough quantity for stock, normally 5-7days. Special order and hot salling season 15-20days.
2.Do you accept Paypal ?
Yes, we Paypal. Besides, we offer bank transfer and Western Union.
3. What kind of carbon do you use for the products?
We use JP Toray T700, T800 &T1000 carbon for the products. High-temp resin( about 220 degree celsius)&Basalt on the braking surface for increasing stopping performance and durability.
All products are made from multiple ensities and tensile strengths of carbon for the different structures of products.
4. Does your company offer paintingand decaling service?
Yes, we have the proessional designers for your painting and decaling. You only need to sent us your idea or logo pictures.
We will produce the drawing to confirm before paint jobs. And pictures will be sent for confirmation before shipping.
5.How about your shipping? And how many days can I get the packages after payment?
About shipping, mostly are shipped by EMS. And TNT, DHL,UPS are options. Besides, we have some special airline to Europe.
About arriving days, Usually, about 12 days to US,CA and Western Europe by EMS, About 7 days to Europe by TNT,DHL,UPS and our Special airline.
6.Should we pay the high taxes?
Paying customs duties is a duty of every citizen, we must abide by it.
