Ceramic Fiber Blanket Application
Ceramic fiber Blanket is a kind of refractory material, usually composed of alumina and silicate, and it is also called an aluminum silicate board.
Typical Application
1.Industrial Kiln Wall Lining：
masonry insulation layer, high temperature, high heat equipment insulation, insulation, high temperature kiln kiln lining, kiln car, door baffle, furnace furnace temperature divider, aerospace, shipbuilding insulation, Fireproof, soundproof, insulated.
2.Iron And steel industry:
expansion joints, insulation, insulation and insulation; non-ferrous metal industry: backing insulation materials, tundish and tank cover for pouring copper and copper alloy;
3.Ceramic industry:

Aluminum silicate fiber felt is made of burnt gemstone as the main raw material, and is made through processes such as melting, filament dispensing (appropriate amount of adhesive is added during the filament dispensing process), solidification in the curing chamber, and cutting. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC, and the product is a thermal insulation material formed in one go.
