EZIO-FULLPAK1800 Craft Beer Canning Machine for Microbrewery

Ezio-Fullpak1800 canning system offers 30CPM(1800CPH) capacity for a standard 355ml can, which is the model Ezio tailor made for start-up breweries and small-scale beverage companies for helping them canning beers and other drinks. As far as we know, small companies typically only has small space for production and are usually short of fund, it’s not necessary for them to have a high capacity beer can filling machine by paying fancy price, their workshop is also not allowed to accomodate big footprint equipment. But beer filler’s fill quality is a thing every brewer master care about, such as fill preicison, increased oxygen level during filling, sealing effect, hygiene level, footprint etc. In order to solve this problem, Ezio Machinery had decided to downsize the high capacity canning equipment to a small model that every customer can afford it but reserves all the features of traditional canning equipment. With Ezio-Fullpak1500 beer canning line, breweries wineries, cideries, beverage companies can start easily canning their product by simple operation.

Afraid too large footprint takeup? Don’t be afraid that, it is a model Ezio Canning Custom made for Micro-brewery and small scale beverage companies. They usually don’t have so big area as big brand. We squeeze the full line size down to mininum 3*3M Area includes rinser, filler seamer and labeller. It’s a kind of miracle for a complete canning line. How’s clean level for Ezio canning system? The Eziobloc is made from food grade 304 stainless steel for rust-resistance and easy cleaning. Clean system is designed as American Food Market Entry Standard. The CIP recycle system is work with our HMI touch screen, one button open all valve to do cleaning process without any dead corner. Acid, alkali, hot water and sanitizer will clean equipment well through its clean system.

Is it easy to operate or need special qualified people to run? Everybody can use it after read manual book and be trained by us.Don’t be fooled by its complicated outlook structure. You will only need to adjust fill level bar adjustment during whole process once you set down all the thing before started.There is nothing you need do more, they are fixed permanently. Except canning system, do we supply other accessories? Yes please check out other pages on our website. We design better equipment for canning your system. Do we need you guys come to install the machine or we can handle self? In general, customer can handle themself by reading our manual book or video, Ezio technicals will also teach customer how to set up machine through video.
