Working principle

2. Connect the water cooling device to ensure sufficient water source. It is strictly prohibited to cut off water during operation.
3. During installation, turn on the power supply and electrically check whether the rotation direction of the motor is in the direction of the marked arrow. If not, adjust the motor junction box wiring.
4. When the rotation direction of the motor is correct, start up and idle for 30 minutes, check the lubrication and add lubricating grease in time. Regularly check and replenish lubricating grease.
5. Rotate air for several minutes before feeding, and then feed slowly and evenly. Do not fill the hopper, and pay attention to whether the current is overloaded to prevent damage to the equipment.
6. In case of huge vibration, noise and other adverse conditions during operation, shut down the machine in time for inspection.
7. Always keep the parts lubricated and clean, and repair or replace them in time in case of faults and defects.
