Products Description
Galvalume corrugated steel sheet：
Galvalume corrugated steel sheet is made of galvanized coil sheet, which has a smooth, flat and gorgeous star pattern surface with a silvery white background. The coating composition consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight.
When both sides of 55% aluminum-zinc alloy galvanized steel sheets are exposed to the same environment, they have superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanized steel sheets of the same thickness.
What is the difference between aluminum zinc plating and galvanizing?
Galvanized metal is coated with a thin layer of zinc oxide, while galvalume metal is steel coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy. A mixture of zinc and aluminum prevents corrosion and rust, allowing galvanized steel to generally last much longer than galvanized steel.
