| A3: Yes, the universal size are available for samples, but freight has to be paid by buyers. |

| A4: Yes. we have professional engineers to support the customized products for our customers. We can produce by your samples or technical drawings and build the molds and fixtures. |
| Q5: What is your payment method? |
| A5: 30% value of T/T in advance and other 70% balance before delivery. |
