BJL series thermal conductive silicone grease, also known as heat dissipation paste or thermal
conductive paste, is a high thermal conductivity insulating organic silicon material.

Usage Method
1. Clean the surface to be coated and remove oil stains.
2. Then, directly extrude the thermal conductive silicone grease and evenly coat it on the surface to be coated.

Construction: Use a scraper, brush, glass rod, or syringe to evenly apply thermal conductive silicone
grease to the treated solid contact surface, and then apply slight pressure to lock the two surfaces.
If there is any extruded silicone grease, it can be wiped clean with a cloth. Each use should be sealed for future use. Due to the non curing of silicone grease, it does not affect the loading and unloading of the contact surface, and can be repainted after disassembly and assembly.
Application
Thermal conductive silicone grease is a high thermal conductive insulating organic silicone material that almost never solidifies and can maintain its paste state when used for a long time at temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to+230 ℃. It has excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, as well as low degree of dissociation (approaching zero), resistance to high and low temperatures, water, ozone, and climate aging.
It can be widely applied to the contact surface between the heating element (power tube, thyristor, electric heating stack, etc.) in various electronic products and electrical equipment, and the heat dissipation facilities (heat sink, heat dissipation strip, shell, etc.), playing a heat transfer medium role and performing functions such as moisture-proof, dustproof, corrosion-proof, and shockproof.
Suitable for surface coating or overall encapsulation of various microwave devices such as microwave communication, microwave transmission equipment, microwave specialized power supplies, voltage stabilizing power supplies, etc. This type of silicon material provides excellent thermal conductivity for electronic components that generate heat. For example: transistors, CPU assembly, thermistors, temperature sensors, automotive electronic components, automotive refrigerators, power modules, printer heads, etc.
