1. T he introduction of floating cover

The floating head cover is an important part of the floating head of the floating head heat exchanger.

For multi-tube floating heads, the minimum depth of the inside of the head shall be such that the cross-sectional flow area between adjacent tube passes is at least equal to 1.3 times the flow area of the heat exchange tubes per pass.

For a single-tube floating head cover, the minimum inner depth at the center of the nozzle is one-third of the inner diameter of the nozzle.
