Q3. Do you have any certificates for your products?
Answer: Since our products are for exporting to overseas market, basically, all products come with CE, RoHs approval. For those products like beer tap dispenser, beer foam maker which contact with food, we can have LFGB, BPA Free, CA65 according to customer's market demand.
Q4. Do you offer free samples?
Answer: We do not offer free samples, but the sample fee can be refundable once the mass order is placed.
Q5. How can I get a sample to check the quality?
Answer: We highly recommend to proceed the sample orders on alibaba.com, it's quite similar to buy on amazon / ebay, buyers can be guaranteed the delivery time and funds safety attribute to its buyer protection policy.
We provides 12 months limited warranty for this product commencing from the arrival date to importer.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace parts that are damaged under normal use at no additional charge.
This warranty covers the LED lamp and AC charger only. Accessories such as case, output cover, tear and wear parts are excluded in the warranty.
Any cost of transportation is on the account of buyer.
Free guarantee service will not be provided to the said equipment if
(a) any unauthorized repair or modification has been carried out on the unit, or
(b) it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, insects or natural calamities, or
(c) it has been installed, maintained or operated otherwise than in accordance with the instructions.
Under no circumstances will we be liable for any consequential damages caused in relation to the use of this product.
