KL-6638-A/B/C is three component silicone bra adhesive which cured to be soft silicone rubber on exposure to air in room temperature. The cured silicone bra adhesive serves as coating adheres perfectly to EVA,PVC and fabric substrates. It is characterized by electrical insulation, high grade of transparency.the adhesive-treated bras will be of frequent uses above 200times and maintain its stable adhesion to human skin, KL-6638A/B/C is skin-friendly and SGS certified ,Mainly used for health care products like women bras.

Method of application:
1, Shaking: Shake the KL-6638A , KL-6638B and KL-6638C ,standby for use.
2, Weights : Use an electronic calculator to determine weights ,A:B:C=100:1.5:1.5.
3, Mixture: Use clean blenders to mix A,B,C together.(Key step)
4, Brushing: Use clean brushes to coat adhesives on fabric bras (Substrates be it TPU , use primer to treat for 5 seconds, and following the brushing glues),Set it aside for natural flow.
5, Room Temperature Curing: Temperature around 28±2℃，Humidity around 55%-65%,surface dry will be reached in 20 minutes ,the time gap for second brush is supposed to be 1 -1.5 hours.
6 ,Repeative brush：Normally twice brush at maximum to meet customer demand for sake of cost.
7,Finished Products Testing：Test vicosity with hand touch , The tested products is adhered with a thin sheet to avoid dusts.
