This product is G12 series, 2 in 1 connected panels, left is high frequency 13.56MHZ both M1 and M0 card suitable power energy saving switch, right is dnd service request panel including DND/MUR/WAIT/LAUNDRY option. It is black tempered glass with nice gold zinc alloy frame, very suitable for Middle East clients. 15 seconds delay, with nice blue LED back-light. All the panels content, function, words, symbols can be customize as need. The install is very easy, only need screws fixed the metal stand to the mounting box, then 2 screws fix the switch panel to the metal stand, and on the product back, there is clear wiring guide. 12V/24V DC, or 110V/220V AC are available.
