Q1: What is IML?
IML refers to an automatic robotic hand attaching a printed label to a jig by vacuum, entering the mold cavity and releasing the vacuum while electrostatically charging the label. After the mold is closed, the injection mold is filled, and the resin is melted into the mold at high temperature and high pressure The backside of the label is hot-melt adhesive resin, so that the label and container are integrated.

Q3: What is the development leading time of a new product? What is the mass
production leading time?
5 days for the new product's drawing structure design, 4 days for prototype sample, 30 days for trial mold, 60-75 days for industrial mold, 10 days for label plate tooling, 10 days for the label sampling. The delivery time of mass goods in-mold labeling is 15 days, and the mass production leading time is generally 15-20 days.
Q4: What is the minimum order quantity? Can I place an order if I do not reach the MOQ?
Generally, the minimum square number of the label is 1500 square meters. If the MOQ is not reached, the labeling MOQ fee 200USD and the injection machine set up cost will be paid by clients.
Q5: What’s the nearest airport to factory. What is the closest train station?
Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, it only take 45 minutes from airtport to factory. The nearest train station is Xiamen North Station or Zhangzhou Station. It takes only 45 minutes from both station to our factory.
Q6: What is your largest tonnage equipment? What is the minimum tonnage? How many injection molding machines are there?
The maximum tonnage of the equipment is 1100 tons and the minimum tonnage is 150 tons. There are 56 equipment in total.
Q7: Is your mold designed and made by yourself?
We have our own mold design, mold making workshop, and a 3 coordinate tester to check the precision of the mold.
Q8: How do you ensure the competitiveness of the unit price of your products?
All raw materials are purchased directly under bonded import. According to the 3-month forecast order QTY provided by the customer, the initial safety stock of the material is used. The intelligent GMP production workshop is used, and the molds are independently researched and developed to improve management and production efficiency.
Q9: How do you ensure on time delivery?
First of all, our suppliers are rigorously screened. Each year, they are evaluated to ensure that the materials are delivered on time. The factory also has a surplus of production space, which can temporarily add equipment, and a newly built 14000 square meter warehouse workshop can produce peak safety in advance.
