Automatic Pillows stuffing machine and poly ester fiber opening carding machine
It is mainly used for making pearl shaped fiber from conjugated siliconized hollow fiber. This kind of special fiber can be used for garments, comforters, pillows, toys, and make products look more rich and fluffy. The size and tension of fiber ball can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement.
2. Features of cotton fiber opening machine and filling machine for pillow
Step One: Cotton Fiber Opening machine to card fiber/ cotton into soft and smooth
Step Two: then via conveyor into mixing container
Step Three: fiber and cotton or other materials are mixed in mixing container; meantime the crusher crush sponge, and sponge also will going to the mixing container,
Step Four: then via blowers , to fill cushion /pillow or toy
