1. Customize and design new cooler box molds.

I n accordance with your request, W e have engineers with more than 6 years of experience to design or

modify the mold.

2. Any color acceptable.

The best way to avoid chromatic aberration is for you to provide PANTONE color number to us. 3. Logo/Pattern can be print on the lid / on the inside of lid / on the front of body. Different design have different logo print position, so we should confirm the design you need first. Logo custom fee: $100 ( 1 position on top of the lid ) $200 ( 1 position on the body )

One-time-charge (means if you pay this fee on sample, bulk order don't charge anymore). 4. Packaging also can be customization.

We are a professional factory, established in 2009.
And focus on producing Roto-molded hard plastic Cooler Boxes more than 13 years.

2. Can I get a free sample?

Sorry we never give out free samples.

In your next FCL order, we will deduct the sample fee.

3. What is the sample lead time?

For our standard sample( With or without “Lerpin” Logo) , delivery will be made within 24 hours after we confirm receipt of your payment.

For your OEM/ODM samp, it will take 5-10 days or even more(depends on your request).

4. Do you accept customization?

Yes of course.

Molds / Color / Pattern/ Logo / Packaging support custom design.

5. How do you guarantee the quality of the product?

We have our own Q&C team, 4 QC quality inspection throughout the whole production process + re-inspection before delivery, 100% to ensure that the goods are delivered without quality problems.
6. How about your after-sale services?
5 years warranty.
If there is a problem with the parts in use, our general solution is to send a new one in your next order.

7. What is your payment terms?

For sample orders, you are recommended to choose 100% payment by T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance.

We accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed, and 70% balance should be paid before production is completed( before delivery ).
