Sichuan FUDI New Energy Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu FUDI New Material Industrial Co., Ltd., was established in 1998. It is a high-tech company specializing in the research & development, production and sales of fluorine-containing materials and other special rubber materials.
The factory is located in Chengdu Shuangliu Economic & Technological Development Zone. The company currently has a standard workshop of 10,000 square meters, three modern rubber compounding production lines, and 15 sets of testing equipment. The number of employees is more than 50, of which professional and technical personnel account for 40%. The R&D team is composed of masters, doctors and senior engineers from well-known domestic universities.
The company's products mainly include fluorine rubber premix and rubber compound masterbatches, fluoroelastomer polymer processing aids, fluorine fine chemicals and the latest fluoroelastomer vulcanization system. It has an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of fluoroelastomer. The excellent quality has been widely recognized by local and overseas market. The market share is among the top three in the country.
