A6 Working Grade Cabin Control 125/32t Double Beam Overhead CraneQD 250/50t Overhead Travelling Crane consists of two main girders, end carriages, trolley type winch with two hooks, rail on two main girders for trolley to travel, operating cabin, electric control box and C rail to hang cable for power supply.

Crane travelling motor and trolley winch motor adopts China famous brand motor, service life is longer, but if you prefer ABM motor, SEW reduction gear box, it is okay, we can equip for you.

Speed of QD 250/50t Overhead Travelling Crane

Lifting speed of main hook 250t of Double Beam Overhead Crane is 3.5m/min, while auxiliary hook 7.5m/min. Trolley travelling speed can reach 40m/min, crane travelling speed can reach 68m/min.

Max lifting height of main hook 250t can reach 22m, while auxiliary hook can reach 24m.

If you don't need auxiliary hook, we can just equip 250t hook for you, or if auxiliary hook capacity doesn't need to be 50t, we can equip 32t, 20t, 16t, 10t hook for you.

If you choose operating cabin as control method, there are three kinds of method for entering operating cabin, which are side entering, top entering, and end entering. The operating cabin can be either fixed at the left or at the right end.

Electric conduction of QD 250/50t Overhead Travelling Crane

Electric conduction of crane can adopts both safe slide wire or angle iron, they can be installed at either the opposite side of the operating cabin or at the same side of the cabin. All operations can be fulfilled in the cabin.
