2. Can I customize the product with my logo? Absolutely! We offer customization services including woven, printed, or jacquard logos to meet your branding needs.
3. Is it possible to receive a free sample? For existing samples, we are happy to provide them free of charge, with the client covering only the shipping costs. For new, custom designs, a nominal fee for sample creation will apply.
4. How quickly can I receive a sample? Ready-made samples are dispatched immediately and should reach you within 1-3 days. Custom samples require 7-10 days for creation before shipping.
5. What is the process for placing an order? Once the order details are finalized, we will prepare a Proforma Invoice for your confirmation. Production commences upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due prior to shipment for small orders, or against the B/L copy for larger orders.
6. What trade terms are available? We currently offer EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms.
7. What are your payment terms? We accept T/T payments, with 30% as a deposit and the balance payable before shipment on the initial order.
8. How can I avail of OEM & ODM services? We warmly welcome customization requests. Please provide:
* Your private label or logo (options include woven, print, or embroidery)
