The punch die match to die: first to mount punch die, make the flat of upper punch aim to screw holes . Shaking the rocker to lower the upper punch to the lower die plate, to ensure the upper punch face and the spindle closely after fastening screw . Then match the die, hand shake rocker to lower upper punch, and gently into the lower die, to move the upper punch in the lower die gently, and balanced the both screw locking slowly until fastening screws. Test, gently shake rocker to move the upper punch into the lower die without questions is the right way, if not, please match the die again. Finally put on elastic unloading (during the match die process, please do not punch hard, in order to avoid edge damage)

Cutting die match : first to fitted to cutter, make the upper cutter flat aim to the screw holes, shake the rocker to low the upper cutter to the flat of the lower shoe, ensure the end face of the upper cutter and the spindle closely after fastening screw, and then fit the lower shoe and fastening screw. Shaking the rocker to cut down the separator, if there is no or small block mark in the lower shoe is the best state. If

positioning screw

1.after use, wipe with a clean rag soaked alcohol molds and various parts of the body. If not use in the next day,
