Our products mainly made from high quality 316L stainless steel with other accessories,

like AAA zircons,natural shell pearls,onyx,genuine leather,nylon rope etc which all has no harm to humans.

2. How to place a jewelry order?

For OEM orders,customers can contact and provide us with your own designs and detail requirements.

We can make samples for you first,the sample fee we will charge base on the products crafts requires,also sample fee is not included.

3 .My own jewelry products designs will be reveal ed to others?

Any designs without permission of customers,we will have confidentiality agreement not to sell to the markets and other people.

4. How long for a sample time?

Normally for a new design product,our sample time needs almost same as mass production

For some simple items without casting ,sample time about 10-15days

Casting sample time:20-25 working days

5. How long for mass production?

About Jewelry's making most crafts need human handmade,so the making time mostly need about 20-35 working days,

the production time also will be effected due to color plating problem,the production time also same as making a sample.

W e will try best to control the production time and maintain the products quality at the same time .

6. What if i get bad products?

All of our products will be careful checking and testing before sending to our customers.

If the goods has problem after receiving, you can contact us we will see whether can replace or send refund to you.

7. How long for the color plating products can lasting?

Our gold and rose gold color plating are real tiny gold plating on a surface of the 316L stainless steel.

So the colour has no harm to human body, and with IP vacum color plating the color can last more than 1-2 years under good caring(avoid swimming,bathing and washing etc).
