Q: If I have my design, what kind of file format do you need? A: We prepare the PDF file, or TIFF, PS, AI, INDD. Bleed size: 2-3mm, resolution: at least 300 DPI. |

Q: What is the paper material of the thank you card? A: We normally use the 300gsm glossy coated paper, we also have other kinds of paper like texture paper, white card, if you need pls contact us. |

Q: Can you print a sample for my card? What are the sample fee and print time? A: Sure, the sample needs 2 working days for printing, sample fee of different products is different, pls contact us for more details. |
