Use method and Safety protection device and precautions
1. In order to avoid the accident of machine in transportation, loading and unloading and other links, it is necessary to check whether the bolts and nuts of each part are loose before use, flat teeth, round teeth, and the spindle nut has no loosening phenomenon. Turn the belt wheel with your hand to check whether the machine is collision free.
2. Machine rotation is flexible, whether there is debris inside the machine, turn on the machine for 3 minutes, no abnormal phenomenon, can start operation.
3.Work must pay attention to the removal of debris in the material, strictly prohibit iron and stone and other things into the machine, so as not to damage the machine.
4. The cloth bag should be 4 meters above the length, and the diameter is 0.6 meters. The cloth should not be overdense, and the material must be discharged in time to ensure that the bag has enough air permeability.
5. Feed evenly, pay attention to the degree of power load, avoid choking. When the particles are crushed, the feed amount of the plate adjuster can be used.
6. Hammer type: when one corner wear affects the work efficiency, the reverse side of the hammer can be adjusted. (4 groups are adjusted once in the head to avoid unbalance of the rotor) and the replacement of the hammer should be replaced.
7. Every day before starting the machine should be filled with butter, use 500 hours should check the bearing condition. A burr should be mounted on the screen when the screen is installed. According to the fineness of the crushed material, the sieve plates with different diameter sieve holes are selected.

2. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
