Anti-burr Water-based Sealer HMP-1603
This product is Polyurethane-Acrylic Composite Emulsion(PUA), Synthesized by special methods and processes, especially suitable for sealing the bottom of high-grade solid wood. Good film-forming, excellent sealing, anti-burr, fast drying, easy granding,low odor, high hardness and fullness. It can be used directly as primer and have excellent sealing effects.
Applications: for high-grade wood furniture.

Features:

Application guidelines:
Surface treatment: The surface of the substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust,oil, impurities, and smoothed.
Construction method: spray, brush
Do not add water during construction, spray or brush directly.
If the viscosity of the application is too large due to volatilization, the viscosity can be adjusted by adding water.
Dilution ratio(weight ratio): HMP-1603: water=100: 0~10
Theoretical paint consumption: 8-10m 2 /kg
Remarks:
1. Water-based products cannot be mixed with solvent-based products, otherwise they will be incompatible.
2. Use it immediately, stir well and let stand for about 15 minutes to eliminate the bubbles generated during stirring.
3. Avoid high temperature, high humidity weather construction, the best construction temperature is 20-25°C, humidity 50-70%
4. Don't construct when the temperature is below 5 °C. It is recommended to preheat the water-based coating and substrate to the normal temperature before the construction when the temperature is lower than 10°C.
5. Keep the construction environment clean, Oil, dust and impurities should be avoided in construction.
6. Spray a cross at one time with cross spray method.
7. Don't paint too thick to avoid slow drying, cracking, etc.
8. The film should be fully dried and polished before recoating. To enhance the adhesion between the layers, the coating interval should be thoroughly polished after more than 24 hours.
9. If the paint fails to run out at one time, it must be sealed immediately to avoid affecting the quality and use of paint due to volatilization or inhalation of impurities
