PUR S eries H igh P recision Due to the production environment and process conditions, quenching oil will always be serious ly pollut ed by surface protect ing agent , solid particles and carbon deposition, oil oxidation degradation products, oxides, dust and other impurities brought by the work-pieces which shall cause fo llowing negative effects such as changing quenching properties of oil , dirty work-piece surface , large amount of oil sludge deposited at the bottom of oil groove, safety monitoring system to be affected, heat exchanger to be polluted seriously, thus lea ds to serious consequences like extra cleaning to work-pieces and oil groove, components ’ surface cracks, metallographic structure which not meet required standards, extremely worn shot blasting, un stable quenching quality).

CHY quenching oil purifier can continuously remove the solid particles, oxidized oil sludge and water from the oil. It can be very conveniently connected with the oil tank directly , oil outlet at the bottom of the oil tank where is the dirtiest oil place connected to oil inlet of the purifier. After deeply purified, connect the outlet of this purifier to return opening of the oil tank. The quenching oil after precise purification meets requirements of components ’ thermal treatment, improves surface quality of components, greatly reduces subsequent processing, provides cleaner quenching oil tank, guarantees stable cooling property of the oil, keeps the heat exchanger and transmitter clean.

1.Particle removal: all filters are 3 micron in filtration accuracy, 3 micron particles are blocked 98.7% (approximately 100%), 0.8 micron particles are blocked 50%;

2. Moisture absorption: the cellulose fiber inside the filter element can absorb the moisture in the oil  ;

3. Removal of oxide: the polar fiber inside the filter element can adsorb paint and sludge in the oil, acid  ;

4.Acid removal: special filter material neutralizes acid in oil;

5. The element of a fine filter should be replaced at least once a year, or when the pressure gauge needle indicates that the pressure exceeds 2 bar  ;

6.Single filter element pollution capacity of 4 kg, water absorption capacity of 2 litres, the use of natural cellulose material;

Optional modules:

It can be used with centrifugal oil filter to remove impurities with higher density than oil, so as to reduce the cost of fine filter element.
