Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are 16 years professional manufacturer.
Q2: How do you control the products quality?
A: 6 QC process, we check the products 100% before packing
Q3: How much time to ship the goods if place an order?
A: It depends on the order quantity, when we have stock, we can ship in two days.
Q4: How do you to handle the issue if the products have some problem after received？
A: We will compensate the customers for loss or discount if it is product problem
Q5: Do you supply free sample?
A: Yes, we supply normal 1pc sample for free, but freight fee collect. Some new products need sample fee, you could pay it by PAYPAL.
Q6: How much time to make new sample?
A: After payment , sample will be sent out within 7days. If by TNT/DHL/FEDEX express, the sample will reach out to you in 5~7 days .
