1.Are you a factory?
Yes, we are both manufacturer and trader, and we are also focusing on sourcing, designing, quality controlling and after service.
2.Do you have updated BSCI number, and any other certificates?
Yes, we have BSCI and other certificates, like Disney, SEDEX, Walmart etc.
3.Can I order a sample to check your quality?
Yes, available free samples can be delivered yet with freight collected.
4.Can I add my logo or customize my own design? Can you make designs for us?
Yes, we can put your logo or develop your own design if the MOQ is reached. We can also make new designs for you before making samples.
5.Do I need to pay for samples?
Yes, customized logo samples shall be paid before sampling, yet the charges would be refunded after orders.
6.What's your MOQ?
Our minimum is 600 pairs for mass production, and 1 pair for RTS.
Just contact us for further confirmation on any small orders, we have solution for you.
7.How can I make the payment?
Online Trade Assurance Payment is welcome. We also accept T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union, Money Gram and so on.
8.When will you deliver my order after payment?
Our delivery time for small order is from 24 hours to 7days.
Our delivery time for mass production order is usually 30-40days, in case any urgent orders, plz freely contact for confirmation.
