Installation preparation:
Android phones search for "Tuya Intelligence" in the app market and download and install the app
Search for "Tuya Intelligence" on the Apple App Store and install the app.
After installing the app, please register an account using your phone or email.
● Please note that if using an Android phone, please use the system default font, otherwise it will display in confusion
Process for adding devices to mobile apps:
1. Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram, wait for a few seconds after power on, indicator light 1 will flash quickly, and the device will default to WIFI configuration mode.
Note: If the device has been added to the app and needs to be reconfigured, press and hold the configuration button while working until indicator lights 1 and 2 flash quickly at the same time, and then release the button. At this time, the device enters intelligent configuration mode. If the router is incompatible, you can press and hold the configuration button again, indicator lights 1 and 2 flash slowly, and enter compatibility mode configuration
2. Open the app and click on the "+" icon in the upper right corner to select any device.
3. Click on the APP to confirm that the indicator light is flashing rapidly
4. Prompt to select a WiFi that can access the internet normally and enter your password. After confirming the password and entering it correctly, click "OK".
4.1 The device is using 2.4G WiFi communication protocol and currently does not support 5G networks.
4.2 If the network is set to hide or filter MAC addresses, please have the network administrator enter the background to modify the settings before adding devices.
5. The APP automatically starts configuration, and the device is successfully added when the progress bar is reached.
After successful addition, the device can be renamed.
Note: After successful addition, if reconfigured, the device will be automatically removed from the current APP
