Carbonated Soft Drink Soda Water Production Line / Bottling Machine
It is suitable for packing beverage containing gas. Its perfomance is as following: all parts, for instance, filling valve, filling tank, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel. So it conforms to the requirements of Food Sanitation. Washing Part
1. It is a rotary bottle washing machine has 18 washing valves, it adopts water spray to clean the bottle.
2. Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck bottleneck, avoid the traditional bottle on rubber clip to block the bottle thread parts may be caused by the pollution.
3. The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, health and durable.
Filling Part
1. This machine include 18pcs filling valves. Specially designed according to the liquid feature, and the filling part is designed to be twice pre-evacuation.

Capping Part
1. The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column. Equip with 6pcs capping heads.
2. After the bottle is transmitted from the filling machine, the capping nozzles have been fed with a bottle cap. The capping nozzles moves downwards the bottle under the capping platform driven by cam guideway.

The Soda Water Filling Line combines washing unit, filling unit, capping unit in one machine, it can fulfill the washing, filling capping automatically. Bottles are fed into the washing machine in order by conveyor, then the bottles are turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping in line, bottles will be fed to the filling machine automatically to fill liquid with high speed and fixed quantity. After that, the filled bottles will be capped by the automatic capping machine and then be transported to the labeling and packing process,
