Double shaft shredder Structure&Working Principle
1. Double-axis shredder uses the principle of shearing, tearing and squeezing between two relatively rotating cutters to crush materials.
2. The transmission mode of double motor+double reducer is adopted, with strong power and high operation stability.
3. Under normal circumstances, the two sets of cutters rotate relatively. When the main shaft is wrapped too much, it should be properly reversed, so that the fixed cutter can continue to rotate forward after scraping off the winding and improve the crushing efficiency.
