Outdoor ZW32-12 Pole Mounted Automatic Recloser Vacuum Circuit Breaker
Product Overview
ZW32-12 series outdoor pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker is a kind of outdoor three-phase AC power distribution equipment at 12kV and 50Hz. It is mainly composed of six parts: conductive arc extinguishing system, insulation system, transmission system, spring operating mechanism (electric or manual), and shell, and mainly used for closing the load current and opening overcurrent and short circuit current in the power system. It can be used as a section switch in the distribution line, branch line and ring main and as a incoming switch in rural grid, industrial and mining enterprises, residential areas, construction sites, etc.
(1) Equiped with vacuum arc extinguishing system, of stable and reliable breaking performance,with advantages of no fire and explosion hazard, safety, maintenance-free, small size, light weight and long service life.
(2) Fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, suitable for use in areas of high temperature humidity.
(3) Can be installed with 50/5 ~ 600/5 current transformer according to user's requirements.
(4) The closing and opening of the circuit breaker can be operated manually or electrically, and can be controlled remotely.
(5) The operating mechanism sealed inside the switch box, can effectively avoid the corrosion of the switch mechanism caused by the long-term outdoor environment.
(6) The operating mechanism is novel, simple, reliable in action, small in size, and has a mechanical life of more than 10,000 times.
(7) Can be installed with outdoor disconnector to form a reliable mechanical interlocking device with the circuit breaker.

Application
Normal use conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: -40℃~+40℃.
2. Altitude: not more than 2000m;
3. The surrounding air can be contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt spray.
4. Wind speed not exceeding 34m/s (equivalent to 700 Pa on a cylindrical surface).
5. The vibration or ground motion from the switchgear and control equipment is negligible.
