High Precision Needle Metal Detector for Clothes Textile Sock Gloves

This Machine is an ordinary needle detector designed with anti-jamming digital circuit and magnetic induction principle. It is mainly used to detect ferromagnetic metals such as needles and iron filings in textile products. 7. The alarm function is three kinds of sound, light and stop machine. The sensitivity is adjusted from 1 to 10 levels;

8, special protection circuit, no object to pass through the automatic shutdown for 10 minutes;

9. All function settings are completed after the main power is turned on, without starting the motor;

10, with B / C (accessory / finished product) mode switching function, to adapt to the needle inspection of different products;

11. When the broken needle or iron object is detected, the sound and light alarm modes are stopped, and the machine returns to the starting point and automatically runs again.
