: Yes, we can. Customers' drawings or original sample, either is ok to us.
Our engineer will design the drawings and moulding. We are able to make new mould.
Q4: Can you provide samples free of charge?

: For our regular products, we will provide free sample.
For customized products, we will charge sample cost.
Sample lead time will be 7-15 days depands on its design.
Q5: What is the production time?

: Pre-production sample will be made for customers' approval before production.
Production lead time will be 20-40 days depands on the quantity and other details.
Q6: How about the shipping way?

: For sample and small quantity order: Via DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx/etc
