Yuyun Sanhe feed silo is made of 275g/ nf hot dip galvanized sheet and all screws are made of 8.8 grade high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, which are corrosion resistant, anti-oxidation, high temperature resistance, high strength, long service life, and can withstand strong storm.

The feed silo is mainly composed of silo body, silo cover, mounting ladder, and silo legs etc. All parts are produced in strict accordance with drawing design by the advanced laser machine and precision molds, and then undergo strict quality inspections to make each component more standard,more precise and more convenient to install to ensure easy assembly and use.

The movable silo cover is made of 275g/m
2
hot-dip galvanized sheet after one-time stretching.
The specially designed automatic elastic torsion spring control structure and the limit plate enable workers to open and close the
cover freely on the ground, which is safe and convenient. The cover fittings are all made of 304 stainless steel, high strength,
no fracture, no rust.
The roof sheet has an air duct, which can balance the air pressure inside and outside the silo, discharge gas and heat to ensure feed flow smoothly and keep the silo inside clean.
The corrugated structure of the silo ring sheets can reflect the sunlight and keep the temperature fluctuation between day and night to a minimum, so as to reduce the condensation inside the silo and reduce the moisture, prevent the mold growth and feed condensation, which improves feed quality.
The inner wall of the silo is smooth, feed flow smoothly, avoiding feed accumulation. Sealing glue is added between the ring sheets to prevent water from entering the silo and avoid moldy feed.
The
bottom edge of the silo formed by crimping keeps rainwater away from the feed unloading area.
Transparent inspection windows are respectively provided on the ring sheet and the hopper sheet. The windows are made of plastic
injection molding, with strong pressure resistance and good light transmittance, making it easy to check the feed level.
Feed flow plate is built in the silo hopper to make feed flow smoothly.
The hopper sheets are fixed by 8.8 grade high-strength hot-dip galvanized bolts, and the exposed bolt part is equipped with a
specially designed rubber nut, which is beautiful and does not rust.
The
lap joint of the roof sheets and the ring sheets is formed by moulding so that the large corrugated surface and the curved surface
are perfectly connected, which ensures the tightness of the lap joint, no water leakage and beautiful appearance.
The lap joint of the ring sheets adopts specially designed plastic injection bolts, good sealing, no water leakage, no rust, and
beautiful appearance, increasing the silo overall firmness.
The mounting ladder is molded from a whole piece of hot-dip galvanized sheet with anti-skid design, which is firm and non-slip, good stability and convenient installation. At the same time, it is equipped with a security cage, safe .reliable, and convenient for inspecting the feed level and maintaining the silo.
Equipped with an appropriate hook ladder, put it down when in use, and put it away when not in use, to prevent children from climbing and causing accidents.
The silo legs and the leg bases have the advantages of high strength, good stability, strong wind resistance and earthquake
