Stainless steel products
Material
1.Stainless steel bottles,normally its material is SUS304(18/8) and SUS201 (18/0)
2.The SUS304 material will oxidize in some conditions, it depends on the liquid the bottle contains.
3.Inside of the stainless steel liner are treated by electrolysis craft,with electrolytic coating.
4.PP lid and sealing ring is silicone material.
Leakage
1.One normal reason about leakage is regarding the silicone sealing ring. So please check whether the sealing ring is missing or it is in a wrong position.
2. The lids for some products are not fully sealed designs, placed horizontally or upside down will leads leakage.
3. Water inside the bottle will have slightly metal smells when use the bottle at the first time . The
smells will gone after clearing by hot or lemon water more than 6 hours.
4. Double wall stainless steel bottle,vacuumed. Time for keeping hot and cold are depend on using condition, room temperature,capacity of the bottles also water temperature when we fill
the bottle and so on. Normally the more capacity the bottles have ,the longer time the bottle sta y
cold or hot.
5. The bottles will leak or can’t keep cold and hot because of damage during delivery.
Printing
1.There will be difference between the real product and the pictures .
2.It determines the color of logo and printing size & area if there are different printing methods.
3.It will affect the color fastness and scratch resistant if there are different surface treatments.
4.Different packing methods ,different MOQ.
